Tried a Coral demo paddle in Florida, when returning to Canada I ordered one immediately which arrived this week. I’ve played about 4 hours with my new 16mm Hybrid Coral paddle and love it. I’m 5’8” and 145 lbs playing at a 3.5+ level.
This paddle provides ample power for bombs and speed ups, good control on resets and dinking. Completely understand why this is 2025 paddle of the year!

Only downside was Six zero shipping. I had free shipping with my order but paid to upgrade to fast shipping. They still sent it standard and it took the normal time. Avoid that rip off.
Best paddle I played with ever. Great power, good spin and soft feeling on touch shots. The launch angle is higher than most paddles making it super predictable on return of serve and drives.

Ruby Pro, love the feel, power and pop. The gritty surface is unmatched on anything that I have seen.
I was completely satisfied with my DBD, however it is 18 months old with a lot of hours. That said, I noticed no degradation in performance.

I have played with the double black diamond 16mm and also the elongated db 15mm, I do really like the elongated but find in doubles it’s a little slower at kitchen line, so I will use it for singles. I tried this paddle(black power 14mm) and love tue feel I get from it, yes I still need to work on the soft game with it but at this point it’s doing everything I was looking for.

It is very good paddle, the power, control and spin are all great. But the width is not enough for me. I should buy the 16mm paddle.
I'm still developing my game but it's clear after using this paddle for a few weeks that it is far better suited for people who want to jump to the next level. Spin is great and it has far more power than the Costco intro paddle it's replacing. Looking forward to building my skills with the DBD.

Six Zero was founded by Australian Engineer Dale Young. Dale grew up on the Sunshine Coast. He has a water sports background along with tennis. After graduating from university, he and his partner Tanya travelled and worked in rural Africa in a voluntary capacity for 10 years.
