I use Six Zero edge guard tape on all my paddles. It has saved my edges many times. It is easy to apply and thick enough to offer protection from outdoor court scrapes. And, it looks great.

I have 2 DBD 14mm and have lead tape from the 4 and 8 o’clock down through the throat. The edge guard tape covers the lead tape and finishes off the paddle very nicely. Looks so much better than electrical tape. Very durable

great protection ! no more scratches !

Does not wrap around 16mm paddle with edge guard, so I only left it on long enough to get one that did. However, it came off without leaving any residue. Also, does not have the little pre-cuts in it to avoid wrinkles. I probably could have deduced all of this by looking a little closer before purchasing.
