Bags, Backpacks & Hard Cases Bags, backpacks and hard cases are covered by a 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase, which includes defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
Try it for 14 days. If it's not for you, return it in as-new condition with original packaging for a full refund. Returns after 14 days (up to 30 days) are accepted in as-new to lightly used condition with a 20% restocking fee.
Return shipping is at your cost. Damaged paddles (scuffed edgeguards, marked faces, stained grips, signs of heavy use) are not eligible for refund. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days of receipt.

Love this hat ,cleans up every other day and looks like new . This hat looks good on me.
The hat is great. Unfortunately I bought a few things and the hat was crammed into the package and it was a little damage.Hats need to be packaged in a proper box, not crammed into the racquet bag.
